Oversaw the administration of purchase order books for project managers and project superintendents and used excel to track the books; instrumental in introducing changes that saw the construction company save 12,000 USD on an annual basis due to the streamlining of process of accounts payable and keeping with the company’s schedule of making payments on a fortnight basis.
