Objectives
I aspire to get a position as a flight attendant in most prominent airlines in order to obtain rewarding as well as challenging position of a flight attendant. The company that I am interested in should be able to give me the opportunity to grow career wise to the highest ranks possible.
Summary
I am well experience in customer service and I am also able to stay calm in situations of crisis. I do posses good communication as well as interpersonal skills and I can communicate in four different foreign languages like French, German, Spanish and Italian. My schedule is flexible and I have a good sense of humor and friendly to all. I am able to evaluate the needs of the customers to ensure that they are satisfied and comfortable during their flights.

My duties were, to guide the customers when they required anything for instance meals or drinks among other services. I assisted the pilots as well as other flight crew and I was responsible for some of the safety procedures.
Cruise attendant, star cruise line, 1995-1997
My duty was to attend to the passengers during the tours.
Assistant manager, payless shoe source, 1993-1995
My duties were to oversee the customer service aspects for discounts in the shows that they bought in the company’s retail and outlet stores. I opened as well as closed the stores. I had the power to recruit as well as train the new recruits. I also handled all the functions of a manager when necessary.
