Approval process
According to our policy, your order shall be deemed completed in relation to each particular Product from the moment You Approve this Product.
It is considered that you approve the order if:
- You send us email with the title “Order Approval” and the following text “I want to approve my order”;
- We send you an email asking to confirm if you want to approve the order and we receive a reply from you confirming that;
- If we do not receive any comments from you during 15 days from the moment the order or last revision was sent to you, the order will be approved automatically.
After you`ll approve the order, we will email you the Microsoft Word (.doc) and the Acrobat Reader (.pdf) versions of your completed order without our company`s name at the top of the file.
We will also count only those orders for your discount, that you have approved.
We will as well delete all information you`ve sent to us for completing the order once you`ll approve it and the process of working on your order will be considered as finished. Though you still can request up to 3 more revisions after approving your order.
